All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from when your order has been placed, but also depending on our demand. We are a small team of wonderful people just doing our best to get you the best possible product. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Please note: Chikum is not liable for any lost or damaged packages once shipped and lies within the responsibility of Canada Post. We are not responsible for return shipping if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please include an apartment or unit number if applicable.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), we accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of receipt.

Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed in original condition with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using registered mail, as we are not liable for lost packages. Refunds on local free shipping will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Once your item(s) is received, we will notify you by email that we have received and approved/rejected it based on inspection. Then, we will refund your original form of payment within two business days. Refunds on local free shipping will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
For wholesale customers, items must be received within 14 days of receipt to receive a full credit. Any returns after 14 days, up to 21 days, will be subject to a restocking fee.
